4 cawan tepung naik sendiri<br />
1 sudu kecil double action baking powder<br />
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat<br />

Sedikit badam untuk hiasan atas kek.<br />

Kaedah:<br />
1. Asingkan putih dan kuning telur<br />
2. Putar putih telur sehingga bertanduk, asingkan<br />
3. Hancurkan pisang, gaul sebati bahan-bahan lain sehingga sebati.<br />
4. Kaup balik adunan pisang dan putih telur<br />
5. Masukkan dalam loyang pembakar, tabur badam di atas adunan<br />
6. Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 165 degree selama 45minit.<br />

So, setelah hampir dua tahun memendam perasaan dan membuat survey. Alhamdulilah, rezeki saya tahun ni bila dapat beli jugak KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer ni. Rasa nak lompat-lompat je. Kembang-kempis akhirnya dapat memiliki produk yang berjenama dan berkualiti. Walaupun diakui harganya memang quite expensive a.k.a boleh kopak gaji berbulan-bulan tapi kepuasan bila dah test pakai mixer ni memang buat korang takkan toleh ke belakang lagiklah. Cubalah apa resepi pun berkaitan kek ke, pizza ke, pai ke, senang gila. Saya yang bukanlah terror mana memasak ni, boleh jadi kagum sebab first time buat je dah menjadi. Bangga tau bila husband order lagik mintak masakkan macam-macam resepi baru *eceh-ceh*.</div>

Berat badan mixer ni memang mantap dan berat yang jadikan segala bahan-bahan yang kita campak dekat dalam mixer ni, sebati bila bergaul bersama. Ditambah pulak dengan speed lever dia yang korang boleh selamba je tolak ke depan ke belakang. So, tak jadi masalah bila nak control kelajuan dia sesuka hati.</div>

Sabtu dan ahad. Sambutan sangat menggalakkan. Semua peserta pra-pendaftaran dapat menghadirkan diri.. Kenapa Selasa kali ni penuh debaran??<br />
